Examen APMG bij CAI. Na behalen van het examen krijgt de deelnemer het ITIL Service Operation certificaat van APMG.

Deze cursus is bedoeld voor de degene die kennis, inzicht en toepassingsvaardigheid zoekt betreffende procesmatig ICT beheer en specifiek event & incident management, configuration & application management en problem & access management. Zoals service support managers degenen zijn die zich met supply en support management bezighoudent, etc. De deelnemer voorbereiden op het ITIL intermediate Service Operation examen. Na afloop heeft de deelnemer inzicht in inrichten en beheersen van Event & Incident Management, Configuration & Application Management en Problem & Access Management volgens ITIL.
