Deze cursus is bedoeld voor de degene die kennis, inzicht en toepassingsvaardigheid zoeken betreffende optimalisatie van ICT beheer en specifiek Supplier & Demand Management, Business Impact Analysis, Capacity Management, Performance Management en Service Level Management. Zoals service delivery managers, degene die zich met demand management bezighouden, etc. De deelnemer voorbereiden op het ITIL intermediate Continual Service Improvement examen. Na afloop heeft de deelnemer inzicht in inrichten en beheersen van Supplier & Demand Management, Business Impact Analysis, Capacity Management, Performance Management en Service Level Management volgens ITIL.
