Examen APMG bij CAI. Na behalen van het examen krijgt de deelnemer het ITIL Operational Support & Analysis certificaat van APMG. IPR-statements

Deze cursus is bedoeld voor de degene die kennis en inzicht zoekt over procesmatig beheer van Problem Management, Request Management, en Service Operations volgens ITIL. Zoals service managers, degene die zich met support management bezig houdt, etc. De deelnemer voorbereiden op het ITIL Operational Support & Analysis examen. Na afloop heeft de deelnemer inzicht in inrichten van request & problem management en de service operations volgens ITIL.
